My Facebook dating app was banned. No one will give me a clear response as to why.
What did I do? Then I received an email saying that Facebook dating decided not to open or read my email. Whoever is running this should be fired. You cannot dismiss someone and not give a response as to why.

Impossible to speak to a representative at this dating app.

The options presented to me were to delete my account or read the community standards. Upon clicking 'delete my account,' it simply redirected me to my main Facebook page, which suggested they didn't actually want me to delete it.
I've been trying to contact Facebook Dating support to resolve what I believe is a misunderstanding. They only requested a selfie, not an ID.
Apparently, my current selfie didn't match my profile photo because my hair color changes frequently. I enjoy dressing up and experimenting with different looks, so it's common for me to look different in photos. This small discrepancy seems to be their reason for disabling my account. Asking for an ID would have made more sense to verify my identity.
I just want my Facebook Dating profile back. I feel so empty and so lonely because I haven't had my Facebook Dating profile app ever since. It's been like 2 weeks now. Pretty much, I've not gone on a Facebook Dating app.
That's the only thing I use to interact with people because I don't go out. Facebook is the only social media, and I like the Facebook Dating app. It's all I used to talk to people, and they took that from me.
